Built from 50+ years across construction, design-build, engineering coordination, and fabrication.
Our team brings more than 50 years of combined experience delivering complex projects from design through fabrication and construction — general construction, design-build, engineering coordination, and large-scale fabrication. That means firsthand experience with what happens when a drawing issue makes it too far downstream.
We built Plumb around a simple idea: the earlier you find an issue, the easier and less expensive it is to address.
Plumb adds a systematic QA layer between design and production, applying the same red-pen criteria an experienced reviewer would use — across every sheet, in every package, the same way every time. It does not replace the people responsible for design and engineering. It gives them one more chance to find issues before they become problems on the floor.
Plumb was built by people who understand the work, for the people responsible for getting it right.
A documentation reviewer, not an engineer.
Plumb reviews whether a package contains the information needed to build, submit, and install the work. It does not provide structural opinions, code-compliance determinations, or safety certifications, and it does not stamp drawings. Findings that need engineering judgment are flagged for your engineer rather than answered.
