01What counts as one sheet?+

One page in your submitted PDF.

02What happens if I exceed my plan's sheet quota?+

Additional sheets are billed at $1.50/sheet on Standard, Shop, and Studio — the same rate on every subscription plan and every review tier — and appear on your next invoice. No service interruption. Anytime Review is never billed afterward: its whole price, including any sheets beyond 10, is set from the page count before you pay.

03Can I switch plans mid-month?+

Yes, and either direction takes effect immediately: Stripe prorates the change, and the difference appears as a charge or a credit on your next invoice. You see the prorated amount before you confirm.

04Do unused sheets roll over?+

Yes, one period forward, on Standard, Shop, and Studio.

05What does Tier 3 cost?+

$200 once per client specification to parse it into your private Spec Library, where it is reused on every later Tier 3 review for that client; plus $0.15 per sheet reviewed against a parsed specification, on your next invoice (not charged during the free month). Tier 3 is included on Shop and Studio.

06How does the money-back guarantee work?+

It covers Anytime Review: if you're not satisfied with your first review, email hello@plumbreview.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. One per customer. Subscription plans can be canceled anytime.

07What is T1 Buildability Review, T2 Submittal Readiness Review and T3 Specification Correspondence Review?+

T1 Buildability Review is a systematic review for common drawing, documentation, coordination, and fabrication issues. T2 Submittal Readiness Review includes T1 plus engineering readiness and submittal completeness, identifying missing documentation, calculations, seals, or other required submittal components. T3 Specification Correspondence Review includes T1 plus a systematic comparison against the project specification you supply. Plumb does not determine or certify code compliance.
